Intermediate: Between 2 till 4 years of training Grappling, BJJ, Judo, Wrestling, Sambo etc. or professional MMA fights.
Professional: More than 5 years of training Grappling, BJJ, Judo, Wrestling, Sambo etc. or professional MMA fights.

Rulesmeeting: 10:30 AM
Start competit 11:00 AM
We will start weighing at 09:30 AM.
We will have a tight schedule so please make sure you won’t be late.
If your late you won’t be able to compete and you won’t receive any refunds.
If you don’t make weight we will move you in a heavier division.

Family, friends and other spectators have to pay €10,- to enter the venue and watch the tournament.
Children under the age of 6 will have free access to the venue.
It’s possible to pay with cash, but we prefer payments with pin(card), Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay etc.
Doors open at 10:30am
We will provide free access for (max) 2 coaches per gym.
